During this call, we will listen to your concerns, ask a few key questions, and explain how we may be able to assist. As this is an introductory call, we are unable to provide legal advice at this stage.

Initial consultation
Our initial consultation is designed for clients who are ready to receive tailored legal advice, not just general information.
You will meet directly with the lawyer who will work on your matter. We will take the time to understand your situation, identify the key issues, and explain how the law applies to your circumstances in a clear and practical way.
During the consultation, we will discuss your legal position, your options, potential risks, and the next steps available to you. Where relevant, we can also discuss parenting arrangements, expected property settlement proposals, divorce, domestic and family violence issues, or urgent court matters.
The purpose of this consultation is to give you clarity and direction. You should leave with a better understanding of where you stand, what needs to happen next, and how SU Legal may be able to assist you moving forward.
There is no obligation to continue after you have attended the initial consultation.
